   Providing false documents, certificates, or personal information may result in account suspension.

4. Company Responsibility
   Shipping companies and crewing agencies are responsible for verifying the identity, certificates, and experience of seafarers.

5. Seafarer Responsibility
   Seafarers are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of companies and job offers before accepting any contract.

6. Data Usage
   By registering on NavCrewConnect, users agree that their profile information may be visible to registered companies and agencies.

NavCrewConnect does not sell personal data to third parties.

7. Account Suspension
   We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that:

• Violate platform rules

• Use the platform for illegal activities

8. Payments and Subscriptions
